Bio

                        Jermaine is a resident of Pine Hill NJ.  He is the youngest son of Katrice Cornett and Kevin Jones. His grandparents are Donald and Colleen Cary.
Jermaine began to share his voice at a very young age.  As the years progressed he became more driven, focused and continues to share his gift with the masses. Jermaine’s music is a portrayal of his heart and soul.
Jermaine’s Experience
Jermaine auditioned for American Idol 2012
Season 11 in Portland, Oregon and won a gold ticket to Hollywood
Member of Katrice Cornett & Highest Praise contemporary gospel recording artists and ministry from Pine Hill, New Jersey
Auditioned for American Idol in Minneapolis, MN in 2007, and in South Carolina and Philadelphia in 2008
Auditioned for Sunday’s Best in Philadelphia, PA 2009
Graduated from Overbrook High School in June of 2005
Member of Gloucester County Children’s Choir from 1995 to 2001
Studied at Cary’s Music Studio in Woodbury, New Jersey through Middle and High School
Produced “Eternally 23” an original solo CD for Gloucester County “Don’t Drink & Drive Project”
Motivational speaker for Gloucester County Diversity Program at Rowan University in Spring of 2005 (Jermaine was requested by the County Superintendant to reappear in 2007)
Past member of Youth Revolution For Christ in Deptford, New Jersey
Past member and choir director of New England Youth Ministries choir directing over 500 youth for concerts and worship services
Attended Westminster Choir College and studied under the late Julian Rodesku
Past member of Westminster Jubilee Choir while attending Westminster Choir College in Princeton, New Jersey
Past member of Westminster Chapel Choir while attending Westminster Choir College in Princeton, New Jersey
Performed with the Westminster Jubilee Choir at Juliard in New York City, New York

Jermaine is a multi-faceted artist.  He can perform many different genres of music such as; jazz, folk songs, opera, classical, R&B, neo-soul, gospel, and hip-hop.  Jermaine has expanded his talent in the abilities of singing in more than one language including Latin, German and Spanish.
Jermaine’s passion for his music is expressed in every performance. He is a true professional, and his excellence in personable and outgoing skills, would be an asset to any facility.  Jermaine is a positive voice for the young, as well as an honorable, respectable, and enjoyable voice for the older and more legendary audiences
